JOB DESCRIPTION: Care Coordinator, Bilingual (Spanish/English)
DEPARTMENT: Client Services
REPORTS TO: Client Services Manager
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Current FTE: .75-1.0 (30-40 hours/week)
• Paid holidays, vacation time, and discretionary leave prorated to FTE
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) available to employees working .75 FTE and above
• This position is *hourly/salaried and *exempt/non-exempt, i.e. *not/subject to state and federal wage and overtime requirements
THE POSITION
This position works with Spanish and English speaking clients to develop a care plan that will lead to stability, self-sufficiency, and create conditions amenable to client self-management of their health. Care coordinators will participate on the team of providers, and may be the lead of that team.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Grants/Contracts Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Development
REPORTS TO: Program Director
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Current FTE: 0.75-0.85 (30-34 hours/week)
• Starting wage $13.50-$15.00 DOE
• Retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation time, and discretionary leave prorated to FTE
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) avail. to employees working .75 FTE & above
• This position is non-exempt, i.e. subject to state and federal wage and overtime requirements; includes flexible hours and ability to work off site
THE POSITION
The Grants and Contracts Coordinator manages all aspects of researching, writing and receiving public and private grants and contracts that fund the work of HIV Alliance. The Coordinator will build and maintain positive relationships with organizations and agencies that provide those funds.
Must be excellent written communicator, and able to produce quality proposals independently and collaboratively with enthusiasm and creativity. Must be detail oriented and motivated.

POSITION TITLE: Prevention Specialist, Needle Exchange (NEX)
DEPARTMENT: Prevention
REPORTS TO: Prevention & Volunteer Manager
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Current FTE: 0.5 (20 hours/week)
• Salary range: $11/hour
• Paid holidays, vacation time, and discretionary leave, prorated to FTE
• Benefits: 403 (b) retirement benefits, after 6 months
• This position is hourly and non-exempt, i.e. subject to state and federal wage and overtime requirements
THE POSITION
The Prevention Outreach Worker will work closely with the prevention department manager in the management and supervision of Needle exchange services. Needles exchange services include: syringe exchange and referrals.
