Programs: Gay/Bi/MSM/Trans Outreach... page 1 / 2 / 3 / 4

Our Mission

  • To decrease the transmission of HIV and other STDs among MSM
  • To increase the number of MSM testing for HIV
  • To raise the norm of employing Harm Reduction techniques among MSM (Including HIV+ men)

Our goals are to increase the number of MSM using risk-reduction strategies and who know their HIV status. Because not all men who are having sex with other men identify as gay, bisexual or queer, it is important to provide outreach and services that will not exclude these men. The Gay/Bi/MSM department is however committed to supporting the local gay/bi/trans/queer community. We wish to offer a holistic and multi-pronged outreach program, providing information, advocacy and services to the greater MSM community.
