HIV/AIDS: International Human Rights Challenges, a presentation by Dr. Bob Fischer. Dr. Fischer will be at the EMU Ballroom at the UO at 7pm. He was formerly with the World Health Organization and the US National Institute of Health, and has done extensive work in Asia, Russia and Africa. Dr. Fischer will be speaking about HIV/AIDS, sex work and human trafficking in different regions of the world.
