Case Managers

HIV Alliance provides case management to people living with HIV in Lane County and networks with care coordinators in the 14 other counties within Oregon served by this grant. In the 5 years of this grant, people living with HIV in 15 southern counties in Oregon will have access to comprehensive dental care.
