Program Planning Committee

The Program Planning Committee is responsible for ensuring that HIV Alliance's programs are effective in carrying out HIV Alliance's mission.

Committee Goals

The Committee Goals for fiscal 2011 year are:

  1. Monitor program goals and outcomes with quarterly reports
  2. Review Theory of Change
  3. Serve as resource for training
  4. Increase committee membership
  5. Facilitate annual review of strategic plan, increase board involvement in review

The Program Planning Committee is currently looking for new members.  Ideal candiates would have experience in strategic planning, program evaluation and implementation, theory of change, and/or connections for staff development/training.
